Hide AdMolly, 16, and her family were approached by Russell while they were on holiday in Henley-on-Thames, where he lives.
She said: ‘I was on holiday with my family. Russell approached us just for a chat and he invited us to his place for a barbecue.
‘As there were so many of us, we didn’t think that was right so in the end he came over to where we were staying and we had a barbecue then we went wakeboarding with him.
‘He did the video for my year group and congratulated us and said well done.

In the video, Russell said: ‘We’re wishing well to all of you at Bay House that didn’t have the privilege or as it was in my case, the misfortune, to take GCSEs.
‘Good luck and I’m sure that even though it’s been an unusual year, ultimately this will be something that’s beneficial. You’re overqualified if anything - good luck!’
Molly got four 4s, two 5s and a 6. She said: ‘It’s more than I expected so I am really happy. I was really nervous hearing about the A-levels but when it got changed it made me feel better.’
