And the veteran defender has called on his Bournemouth team-mates to display their professionalism if they are to avoid an FA Cup upset.

Hide AdIt has been almost six-and-a-half years since Distin’s last Fratton Park visit.
Now he’s coming back as part of a Cherries side seeking to progress into the fifth round of this year’s competition.
Yet the Frenchman is fully aware of the danger Paul Cook’s side pose, following their elimination of Championship side Ipswich in the previous round.
Distin told The News: ‘It is going to be a tough game.
‘It’s not about divisions, it’s 90 minutes and we need to match Portsmouth’s desire because it is going to be really hard.
‘They can only create a surprise if we let them.

‘I don’t know too much about Portsmouth these days, although I was hoping they would beat Ipswich so I can play at Fratton Park again.
‘For me the fixture is unexpected, but it is something I am looking forward to and will give me a good feeling.’
